In this episode John talks with Steve Philbrick. Steve and his young family landed in Cummington 44 years ago when they purchased a farm and Steve began raising sheep. In time, he would add working at the Creamery and becoming minister at the West Cummington Church to his labors of love. Over the years Steve has dedicated himself to understanding, teaching, counseling, engaging with, and caring for all of us. He is a man of this place and its people. He is also a poet and a storyteller with a sharp eye, ready laugh, loving heart and deep passion for the Blues (music… that is) I hope you enjoy our conversation as he shares his Cummington story.
